Living on Long Island, it isn't always easy to spend time outdoors. Most the year has cold and cold weather. Even today it is May and we are still becoming days at the 50's. Now that the weather is warming up, marginally, I am really making the most of my time outside. As far as I really like to play video games and see about Uber's prototype for flying cab's, I want to be outside. Additionally, there are many health advantages to being outdoors, including vitamin D from sunlight.

There is a calmness and stillness about nature that could soothe a persons brain. Sitting in congested traffic, waiting in line for java all add stress into your own brain.

Age does not need to specify you, a person can be in excellent physical shape in any given age. My daddy is nearing his 60's and can be in better physical shape than a 20 year olds.
